Chef Phil Jones has been part of Make Food Not Waste since planning began in August 2017. To the few that may not know Chef Phil, he is a generous, tireless advocate for food sovereignty, food justice, and food security who happens to cook amazing food.

Chef Phil has inspired a group of local chefs to be part of Make Food Not Waste, providing a platform for chefs to showcase their creativity in using food that would otherwise go to waste and encouraging cooks of all abilities to make the most of food.
