Myla is a social worker, therapist, trauma-informed facilitator, curriculum developer, and community engagement specialist dedicated to strengthening families and building emotionally resilient communities.
As the founder of Mission to Thrive Communities, she integrates clinical insight with mental-health education, cultural relevance, and accessible learning tools to support Detroit residents across generations — centering dignity, healing, and empowerment in everything she builds.
